Our home health care division was founded in 1981 by local health care professionals, offering a wide range of services to meet the healthcare needs of individuals requiring in-home healthcare. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded, and today is comprised of three separate entities.

Willowbrook Home Health Care Agency, Inc. - The original home health care agency, which operates from multiple branch locations and is licensed to serve patients in 36 counties throughout middle Tennessee.
Willowbrook Hospice, Inc. - A licensed hospice agency that provides medical, psychosocial and spiritual support to individuals with a terminal illness and to their family members. Willowbrook Hospice is licensed to provide services in 15 middle Tennessee counties.
Willowbrook Health & Home Services, Inc. - A licensed professional support agency that provides rehabilitative therapy services to individuals with mental retardation and developmental delays in home and community settings throughout Tennessee.
