Memorial Gifts
Making memorial gifts to Willowbrook Hospice is a special way for friends and family to pay tribute to a loved one while helping support the ongoing mission of the agency. Patients themselves or family members may request that memorial donations be made to Willowbrook Hospice, Inc. Such requests may be included in newspaper death announcements. Willowbrook Hospice acknowledges all memorial donors and keeps the family informed of gifts received. |

Memorial Funds are used for bereavement/educational materials and a variety of other items or services that directly impact patient’s and family’s quality of care. Please note that donations to Willowbrook Hospice are not tax deductible.
