typically paid an hourly rate for drive time.
Q- Does the company’s 401(K) plan match any part of my contribution?

Q- Am I ever responsible for transporting the individuals I am
assigned at any time?
A- No, you are not responsible nor permitted to
transport the individuals at any time.
Q- Do I have to have experience with the MR population?
A- It is always
desirable to have some level of clinical experience when working AT ANY
FACILITY or WITH ANY PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC. It is no different with the MR
population, but it is not necessary. We have found that several of our
best clinicians are actually those who have just graduated from college.
They seem to have no preset conception of what works and what does not
work; hence their creativity is enhanced. And in this population, being
creative and “thinking outside the box” helps tremendously.
